Absolute perfection for a website and company! Easy to find and select which panel I needed for my project ( including massive size choices!) and once ordered, delivery was done faster than I anticipated. Best access doors proved to have great customer service. They called to confirm my online order and helped to correct a mistaken product. We are very happy with the quality of the products and most of all the service!

Ordered a 16” square door with bezel and gasket. The listing and accompanying drawings do not show that the door opening loses 1” clearance all around when you order a gasket. Had this been shown I wouldn’t have ordered it as it won’t work in my project. They are refusing to accept a return given the misinformation and even though I’m willing to custom order a wider door at almost twice the price.

I have placed an order over two weeks ago and it still has not been shipped by the company. I had contacted them before ordering and was told it will ship out immediately. I have contacted them after two weeks of my order and the person answering phone says that it may ship the same day but she does not know when it will arrive because she doesn't know how it will be shipped. I've asked to speak to management to get a faster shipping method and they refuse to talk to me.
